VFW Post 4647 Garage Sale, E-Waste Flyer

The Giant Garage Sale and Vendor Fair is shaping up nicely.   We have several Vendors that are attending who want to do something special for our shoppers.
  • Quick Quack Car Wash is passing out free car washes.
  • New York Life is bringing the Child ID Equipment out, they will fingerprint and photograph the children and give the parents a card with the information
  • E-waste will be on site to recycle your electrical appliances,toasters, TVs, computers etc.
  • Total Image Salon, the only full service hair salon in North Highlands, is coming out with their equipment.
  • The DAVA is selling hot dogs and MOCA is hosting a bake sale.
This should be a great day.  Come out, shop the garage sale and come inside, cool off and visit with our vendors.  Everyone is invited, admission is free and so is the parking.
Tell your neighbors, your friends, relatives and people you work with.  All are welcome.

Sunday Breakfasts at VFW Post 4647

How would you like your eggs?

Every Sunday VFW Post 4647 serves a delicious breakfast!

The menu is usually sausage, bacon, hash browns, eggs cooked to order and biscuits and gravy with toast or english muffins.

Sometime the menu is something special such as a buffet style or waffles and pancakes.

Breakfast is served between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM.

Friday Night Fun!

Every Friday night the VFW Post 4647 hosts a dinner and dance.

Each week we will post the menu and tell you about the music. Sometimes it’s a live band and sometimes it’s a DJ.

Dinner starts at 6:00 PM and is usually $6.00 to $8.00 per dinner depending on the menu.
The Music starts at 7:30 PM and there is no cover charge.

In fact, the drinks in the canteen are much less expensive than most places. Fun, friends and a night out to relax and dance the night away! Come on out! You’ll be glad ya did!
